Aleph1 was commissioned to produce a new web presence for emerging artist Nicholas Di Genova. Utilizing Nick’s work as a basis for the site, Aleph1 honoured his unique vision while extending his richly imagined world.
Aleph1 was selected to design and implement the new site for Meta Gallery. Opening this fall in Toronto’s historic Distillery District, the gallery represents a wide range of mid-career and established visionary artists.
Aleph1 was commissioned to rebrand LE Gallery and bring its presence inline with the calibre of work produced by its roster of emerging artists. The project consisted of an identity redesign, print standards and a custom implementation of Aleph1’s Red Dot.
Aleph1 was commissioned to produce an interactive installation for Nuit Blanche 2007, in collaboration with Greg Judelman, and Nina Czegledy. “What Will You Do?” consisted of an integrated visualization, real-time content management and filtering tool, and an SMS gateway that allowed users text messages to appear onscreen in a matter of seconds.
Aleph1’s Red Dot is a complete gallery management system–both virtual and physical. It consists of a web-based application that simplifies the management of all assets, and can be easily customized depending upon the exact needs of the gallery. Throughout 2008, Aleph1 will be working with a number of galleries to deploy Red Dot.
The Pudding game engine is a full-fledged game creation engine, allowing for the rapid devlopment and deployment of complex physics based games. It consists of a full pipeline that allows for the management and manipulation of assets as well as the creation and testing of levels and complex gameplay interactions.
